Ar. Jignesh Modi

Founding Partner
Ar. Jignesh is the President Elect & Treasurer of IIID and past chairman of IIA Surat Centre. In independent practice since 2000 along with founder partner Ar. Monicca Modi, their firm JMA has designed and executed innumerable projects ranging from a small office to Asia’s largest Textile Market RRTM in Surat having 4 million sq feet of built space. Jignesh has a teaching experience of over 15 years at the School of Interior Design & carries an aim to impart quality education in the field of Interior Design & Architecture. He has been a recipient of several awards including Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Contribution by the Indian Institute of Architects twice, most recently in January 2023 at the IIA National Conference at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Ar. Vijay Chauhan

Ar. Vijay Chauhan is the co-founder of Crest Architects and Interior Designers. His 25-year experience includes a broad spectrum of residential, institutional and hospitality projects like Nirali Hospital, office buildings for L&T and Grasim and many more throughout India. Vijay currently serves as the Chairman of IIA Surat Center, demonstrating his leadership in the industry and has led a successful past chairmanship of IIID Surat in 2019. Vijay has been a dedicated educator in the field of Interior Design since 2010 and is known for for his ability to challenge and inspire students
Ar. Deepak Sahajwani

An Architect and Interior designer by profession, a keen lover of all forms of art and an educationist by heart, Ar. Deepak Sahajwani has been teaching design for the last 23 years and has consistently groomed some of the best interior designers of Surat. His firm 4th Dimension Architects have completed a range of projects , including residential, commercial and institutional projects across India. Deepak balances his profession with his social work, having been the Chairman of IIID for the term 2010-2012 and is currently the Vice-Chairman of IIA.
